NOTICE OF PERMIT HEARING OF THE CLEARWATER UNDERGROUND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors for the Clearwater Underground Water Conservation District will conduct a hearing on an application for a Combination Drilling/Operating Permit and an  application Amendment to an Existing Operating Permit as described below at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at the Clearwater UWCD Main Office located at 700 Kennedy Court, Belton, Texas in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act.

 The hearing will be conducted on the following application:

The application for a combination drilling and operating permit for a new well to supply domestic water for a new construction home by Joe Jackson Construction within Clearwater Underground Water Conservation District according to the terms and conditions set forth in the permit.

The application for an operating permit amendment, if granted, would authorize the transfer of the existing permit from permit holder Jack Hilliard Dozer and Materials, LP to Trinity Oasis LLC and the operation of the well within Clearwater Underground Water Conservation according to the terms and conditions set forth in the permit.

If you would like to support, protest, or provide comments on this application, you must comply with District Rule 6.10 and either appear at the hearing or submit a written Contested Case Hearing Request that complies with District Rule 6.10 and that must be received by the District prior to the date of the hearing. A person wishing to submit a Contested Case Hearing Request who is unable to appear at the hearing on the date and time set forth above must also file a motion for continuance with CUWCD demonstrating good cause for the inability to appear. I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that the above NOTICE OF PERMIT HEARING of the Board of Directors of the Clearwater Underground Water Conservation District is a true and correct copy of said Notice.  I have posted a true and correct copy of said Notice at the District office located in Belton, Texas on February 2, 2018, said Notice will remain posted continuously for at least 10 (ten) days immediately preceding the day of said hearing.  On February 2, 2018, I provided a true and correct copy of said Notice to the Bell County Clerk, in which the above named political subdivision is located, and mailed said Notice to the Applicant.
